1. Introduction to FPC/PCB Pads

Shanyo’s FPC/PCB Pads series contains several answers of the flexible circuit board and metal dome, among them there is single-sided flexible circuit boards, double-sided copper exposed FPC, rigid-flex PCBs (Rigid-Flex PCBs) others are multi-layer flexible circuit boards and flexible PCB metal domes with integrated metal domes.

The FPC/PCB pads use high­-precision etching and punching processes as well as top­ quality PI (polyimide) substrates, and a green surface treatment. They are light in weight, resistant to flex, highly conductive with good reliable touch feedback hence suitable to manufacture input components and connectors for numerous high-end electronic devices.
