• UV Resistance: For silicone membrane switches or silicone switches, UV-resistant materials are added to the silicone to prevent UV damage.

Material Selection for Membrane Switches:

• Use XE anti-ultraviolet material or HP92W material for production.- Incorporate waterproof frames to achieve at least IP65 protection, and potentially up to IP68 for larger products.
• Ultrasonic Technology: Shanyo employs special ultrasonic technology to seal the edges of the membrane switch, providing protection from external influences and ensuring the entire button remains unaffected by harsh conditions.
