Our Qingdao headquarters brings together an 80-member R&D and engineering team focused on precision metal stamping, tooling, and process development. Equipped with advanced Korean stamping systems, the facility supports processing accuracy of up to ±0.01 mm and continuous innovation in materials, tooling, and manufacturing processes.
Rizhao Factory — Intelligent Manufacturing Center
Our Rizhao facility integrates automated production, intelligent quality inspection, and data-driven process control. With a monthly production capacity of up to 5 million pieces and a yield rate of 99.8%, it supports stable quality and efficient high-volume manufacturing.
Dongguan Facility — Precision Stamping Center
Our Dongguan facility specializes in high-precision stamping of miniature metal components. Equipped with CHIN FONG high-speed precision presses and supported by a 30-member technical team, the facility serves demanding applications in electronics, communications, and other precision industries.
Vietnam Facility — Manufacturing & Service Hub
