With 22 years of precision‑electronics manufacturing experience, Shanyo operates production bases in Qingdao, Rizhao and our self‑owned Vietnam plant to ensure stable global capacity and fast delivery. Local sales‑technical offices in Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and the US deliver localized support for worldwide clients.

Backed by RMB 20‑million registered capital and 200+ professionals, Shanyo is certified to IATF 16949, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Full‑cycle in‑house production is realized via our internal tooling workshop, high‑speed stamping lines, self‑developed CCD visual inspection and automatic dome laminating‑testing equipment. Our components achieve 0.01‑mm precision with a 2‑million‑cycle verified service life.

We offer custom engineering solutions from DFM evaluation and rapid prototyping to stable mass production for automotive electronics, medical devices, consumer electronics and industrial smart terminals. We maintain long‑term trusted partnerships with Fortune‑500‑ranked Amazon and other global industry leaders including Motorola, Valeo and Goertek.

2004

Qingdao Shanyo Precision Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. was established, marking the beginning of Shanyo’s precision electronics journey.

2005

Established our Shenzhen office and achieved ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification.

2006

Achieved ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certification, strengthening our commitment to responsible manufacturing.

2007

Expanded with offices in Singapore and Shanghai and became one of China’s early manufacturers to develop patented LGF production technology.

2010-2017

Expanded manufacturing operations in Rizhao and Qingdao, established dedicated SMT and metal dome production capabilities, and developed automated Dome Sheet assembly equipment.

2018-2020

Achieved IATF 16949 and ISO 45001 certifications, further strengthening our automotive quality and occupational health & safety management systems.

2021-2023

Established our Intelligent Automation Division, expanded into Taiwan, and further strengthened our manufacturing capabilities.

2024-2025

Expanded our global manufacturing footprint with a new facility in Vietnam and established a South Korea office to better support international customers.
